Lawn Maintenance

The Fritz Lawn & Landscaping Lawn Maintenance service is between the months of April through November. We mow on a weekly basis, except when the weather does not cooperate (and you won’t be charged).

During really dry summers we will come out and assess the lawn to see if it needs to be mowed or trimmed. If your lawn doesn’t need mowing we will wait until the following week to assess it again.

If it rains we will still mow/trim, unless the rain is so heavy that it will leave ruts in your yard and will ruin the grass. In the spring season, if the grass gets a lot of rain there could be additional charges for raking, bagging of grass, or double cutting.

Note: Standing water and/or soggy areas will be avoided until the next visit or will be done with a regular push mower as assessed by our crew.

Mowing patterns are changed to reduce repetitious wear and to provide an asthetic appearance for your lawn

Services included with the Fritz Lawn & Landscaping Lawn Maintenance Service include:

• Lawn Debris collected and removed from the premises;
• Sidewalks, landscape beds, and any other misc. edges are edged with a string trimmer at a 90 degree angle;
  
• Areas deemed unsafe for mowers (hillsides, ditch-lines, etc.) will be cut with a push mower or a string trimmer;
  
• Lawn around the base of fixed objects (ex: light posts, fences, etc.) will be treated to eliminate possible damage done by trimming equipment;
  
• Sidewalks, driveways, or any other areas that grass clippings or debris can get on will be blown clean after mowing and edging.
